Responsibility
The entrant is fully responsible for the content of the submitted work and confirms that all information provided in the submission is accurate and complete.

Originality & Copyright
By submitting a film to the Festival, you grant the Festival permission to use your film and any accompanying materials for festival-related purposes. This may include screening selected or award-winning films during the Festival or at Festival partner events, as well as using excerpts, trailers, still images, posters, and other promotional materials on social media, the Festival website, and in other promotional activities.
If your film is selected or receives an award, you will be notified by email. If you do not wish your film to be screened after receiving this notification, you must reply to the email and clearly state that you do not grant permission for your film to be screened. If no such request is received, the Festival will consider your submission as permission to screen the film for the purposes described above.

Promotional Excerpts
The Festival reserves the right to use short excerpts, trailers, still images, posters, and other promotional materials from submitted films and music videos for promotional purposes. These materials may be published on the Festival's website, social media channels, television, online platforms, and other media to promote the Festival.

Originality & Copyright
Submitted music videos, and other works must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe any copyright or any other rights of third parties.
If the submitted work was created in collaboration with others, the entrant is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from the relevant rights holders before submitting the work to the Festival.

Selection Committee Decision
The decision of the Festival Selection Committee regarding the official selection of submitted works is final and binding.

Entry Fees
All entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, disqualification, or failure to be selected.

Force Majeure
The Festival shall not be held liable for any cancellation, postponement, or modification of the event caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures.

Festival Changes
The Festival reserves the right to change, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event, including its dates, venue, award categories, and prizes, without the prior consent of the entrants. If necessary, the Festival may also establish an alternative date or venue for the event.

Awards
The Festival reserves the right not to award a prize in any category if, in the opinion of the jury, no submission meets the required standard of quality.

No liability
The Festival shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or technical issues related to the submission or participation process.

Screening quality / file usability
The Festival is not responsible for any inability to screen submitted works due to incompatible or corrupted files.

Use of submitted data (GDPR / info)
Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of festival administration, communication, and related promotional activities.

Acceptance of Rules
By submitting a work to the Festival, the entrant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Rules & Regulations.
